The Lake Minnetonka Communications Commission monitors the franchise agreement with the cable company. This includes the customer service requirements outlined in the agreement.
If you have a cable question or service need please call the Mediacom Cable Company at 1-800-332-0245. If you have a cable concern that has not been resolved satisfactorily by the cable company you can file a formal complaint with the Lake Minnetonka Communications Commission and the Commission will help to resolve the issue. Please call the LMCC Administrator at 952-471-7125.
The Lake Minnetonka Communications Commission holds a meeting every third Tuesday of the month at 5:00 PM or 5:30 PM at the LMCC offices at 4071 Sunset Drive in Spring Park, MN. The public is invited to attend those meetings.
